Well, I’ve just about finished, at last. 
I’m not sure how many hours this has taken me, but all of them were very relaxing. If you look very carefully you’ll find a figure I’ve cut out for scale. He’s scaled to be my height (183 cm, 6′). It gives you some idea of the scale of this thing. It was about the length and mass of a warship – 110 m tall and weighing about 3000 tonnes at lift-off. To give you more idea of scale look at Exeter Cathedral. Its towers are only 44 m tall. 
I’ve just a few little things to sort out. The stages don’t stay together very well, so I’m going to sort out a system which will allow me to clip them together, but still separate them when I want to.
